Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Why not just use a full CMMS?
Need mobile work orders for a hundred engineers across a portfolio, with meter readings and a parts warehouse? A full CMMS does that and this does not need to. Need the round, the order and the record for one property or a handful, worked the same way every month, kept per property and exported on request, at a price per user that a 120-room hotel can justify?
