The controller of the personal data on this site is Ellul Solutions Ltd, company 17364530, registered in England and Wales (Companies House), 14 Warfield Crescent, Waterlooville, England, PO7 7JP. What we collect and why
We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the property, asset, work order, PM and purchase order records you choose to store. The free worksheets compute in your browser and send nothing anywhere: we do not receive the figures typed into them unless they are saved to an account. There is no field for a guest's name, room stay or card, and the product does not want one.
Legal basis and sharing
We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to suppliers, contractors, lead buyers or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never reach Turndownly. Email is delivered by our email provider. Where you store your own property's records in Turndownly we act as your processor under UK GDPR Article 28 and the US state privacy laws that apply to you, on the written terms published on this site, and we hold a current list of the sub-processors involved.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.
Analytics
This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@turndownly.com. We respond within one month.
